Went to turn on our central air conditioner for the season, only to discover that it wasn’t working. Based on a recommendation we contacted Weiss-Johnson. The woman that we iniailly spoke with was very polite, and gathered as much information as she could, in order to assess the issue. Martin F, the service technition that came to our home was extremely personable, knowledgeable and transparent regarding options and approximate repair costs. Overall, we were highly impressed with the service provided by this company, and will absolutely utilize Weiss-Johnson for future heating and air conditioning needs.
