We purchased an air conditioner from Weiss-Johnson in Edmonton. Ken Lowry was the sales representative who assisted us, he provided very good advice and service.
The installers were Matthew and Ethan, I didn’t get the electrician’s name. This crew was fantastic! Very competent, knowledgeable, polite and respectful to us and our home. They cleaned up as they were working and when the installation was completed they took extra time to explain the operation and maintenance of the air conditioner.
I won’t hesitate to recommend Weiss-Johnson anyone I know.
