NAViEN leaking Had service done 2 months ago from another plumbing company . Elie came over right on time. Spend two hours looking at the problem waited to check with NAVIEN .Figured out problem and warrenty issues Now waiting for parts. . Later he and Steve came and installed a new Navien . There were problems which were explained so next day Steve came by and finished installing. I was very impresses with their honesty,integrity, and work ethic. I was also impressed with the dispatchers and accounting. Overall a very great company.
