Donald Johnson started Weiss-Johnson with Bob Weiss back in 1977. He quickly became an expert in the design and installation of new home heating systems. Don has always preferred being out in the field where he still likes to go out and measure up and design duct systems for new homes. He got his sheet metal ticket in 1973. Don has always enjoyed the outdoors and camping and he continues to enjoy time sledding and quading with family and friends. He also has been 5 pin bowling in various leagues over the last 40 years.He and his wife Britta have 3 children, 10 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
Dennis started working for Weiss-Johnson in 1989. He obtained his sheet metal ticket in 1998. In 2008 Dennis and his brother Mark bought out their parents and became the owners of Weiss-Johnson. For several years Dennis has served on the marking committee of the Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Board and has served in various positions with other service organizations. He and his wife, Cari, are the parents of 4 children.

Mark graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2001 with a degree in Environmental Sciences. He became involved with Weiss-Johnson, full time, in 2008 when he and his brother Dennis took over ownership from their parents. He helped to design and plan the new Weiss-Johnson Operations Facility located at 5803 Roper Road, in Edmonton. Mark is a member of the Board of Directors of the Edmonton Down Syndrome Society and assists with various other charitable endeavors. Together with his wife, Kira, they have 4 children.
